Cross Your Paws Humane Rescue is proud to have Arthur Graziani as our volunteer Humane Society Police Officer ready to respond to the animals in need in Westmoreland County. 

As a Humane officer they will answer calls of abuse and neglect. They will rescue mistreated, neglected animals and prosecute their abusers in court. They will work diligently to assure the safety of the pets and people of Westmoreland County. 

If you have a report of animal abuse or neglect, please send a detailed email to HumaneOfficers@crossyourpaws.com - we must be provided with an address.  Emails will be reviewed daily and you will receive a response back as soon as possible.
